Probleme mit Boxee Box

Habe seit ~2 Wochen eine Boxee Box. Lief eigentlich alles rund, bis auf die Erkennung der Filme/Serien, aber das is ja nich so schlimm ^^

Die eigentlichen Probleme sind folgende:

- Fernbedienung funktioniert SEHR selten. Vielleicht nach dem 10. neustart mal. Ist erst seit ca. 1 Woche so. Sie ist weder runtergefallen noch sonstwas - benutze übergangsweise mein Android

- Die Box kann Folgende Datei nicht abspielen:

Laut eigener Suche sollte die Box dieses File eigentlich abspielen (MPEG4,AAC,ASS subs etc. gehen wohl alle und mkv's sowieso). Ich verstehe absolut nicht, warum dieses File nicht unterstützt wird.

x264-Codec ist in der Liste zwar nicht enthalten, aber laut einigen Posts im Boxee-Forum(würde da ja fragen, aber irgendwie wollen die meinen Account nicht aktivieren ) wird dieser auch unterstützt.

Wegen der Fernbedienung fällt mir absolut nichts ein, ausser die Box wieder einzuschicken und auf eine neue zu warten. Pairing hat leider auch nicht geklappt.
Habt ihr da eventuell noch Tips ?
