According to your description, we think this memory module may have some unusual damaged and needed to be replaced.
Please send both of them back you bought it as dual-channgel pack.
Normally, if the products you purchased are within one year, we suggest you to request for after-sales service from the original shop.
We believe this way will be the fastest way to get the replacement.
If the original shop doesn’t accept the RMA return, please feel free to contact with us.
As you cannot find the service from the original shop and hope us to find out a service for you, there are two way to choose.
1) Send to Taiwan directly
When we receive them ,normally , if they were damaged in normal condition, I will provide the spare product for you, I believe that can let you receive them soon.
Besides, in order to avoid the module not be used in the near time, we will add some extra testing for the returned module.
In this way, you only need to pay one trip of the transportation charges, maybe send it by EMS(your local post office) will be cheaper.
2) Send to our vender in Germany
Because the module was not sold by them directly, if you need their help, you have to pay the transportation charges to and fro.
Please put stamp 18 X 0.55 € (18sheet ,each of EuA 0.55) with the repaired goods and make sure your received information
(Name/ADDRESS/PHONE/COUNTRY/POST CODE) clearly.
This service may cause more time to return the product, because they have to wait the replacement from Taiwan.
