PC friert ein stürzt ab und startet neu

Hallo habe ein Problem mit meinem PC.

Der PC friert ab und zu ein oder wird ganz langsamm. Dies passiert immer nur beim surfen, bei Last z.B beim Spielen passiert das nicht.

Habe schon unter Dos Memtest laufen lassen 6 Stunden 4 Durchgänge ohne Fehler.

Ich komm nicht mehr weiter.

Vielleicht könnt Ihr mir Helfen.

Wie warm wird die CPU?

Hallo die CPU ist normal zwischen 35 und max. 45 Grad aber 45Grad bei Dauerbetrieb Auslastung 100%

Big Tower Gehäuse Thermaltake Armor mit NZXT Sentry LX Lüftersteuerung.


Was bedeutet Timeout Problem der CPU ?

gute Frage. Dazu finde ich keine richtig gute Erklärung. Kann alles mögliche sein:

teste also den RAM.

So habe gestern den Ram getestet . Die Riegel einzeln nacheinander.

siehe Bilder.

Werde dann heute die Grafikkarte herrausnehmen und onboard benutzen.

Alles andere wird ja schwierig, da ich keine tauschkomponenten habe.

poste mal Bilder von CPU-Z (Memory/SPD). Mich interessieren die Timings. Die sind irgendwie extrem scharf.

Hallo dies ist mir auch aufgefallen.

Bei Memtest war es 4-5-5-15 und im Bios sowie CPU-Z ist es 9-9-9-24-33

Der Speicher ist von ADATA 2x 4GB

AD3U13333C4G9-B
DDR3 1333(9) 4Gx16

Leider findet man darüber keine Timings .

ok, schalte mal tRC (Row Cycle) im BIOS auf 34.
