Windows Xp startet nicht (Bluescreen-Neustart)

Moin, ich brauche hilfe , mein Windows bootet nicht, startet wieder neu
und bevor es neustartet erhalte ich Bluescreen (siehe Bild)
auf viren habe ich schon überprüft. Und wenn ich neue festplatte entferne funzt 1te HDD nicht.

ich habe 2 festplatten
1:C: WDC WD800JB-00CRA1 (Master , ist am ende von IDE kabels, meine alte platte)
2: D: Samsung SN1614N (Slave, ist meine neue platte wo windows sxp pro installiert ist)
und MAinboard is ESC L4S8A2 Link

Von zweiten festplatte kann ich auf erste zugreifen.
Ich habe schon 2 mal reparatur von windows gemacht , ohne Erfolg.

Ich glaube es liegt an IDE treiber oder vielleicht auh nicht.
Ist SiS 5513 IDE-UDMA-Controller

Ich habe setupapi.log in C: geöffnet und das gefunden

Ich hoffe mir kann jemand helfen.
Oder soll ich wieder neuinstallation/repariren versuchen und bei F6 diskette rein?
Und wie soll ich treiber diskette erstellen? Einfach inf dateien rein oder wie?
