Das würde bedeuten, dass hier ein Problem auf Schicht 5 oder höher besteht.

Dort ist auch beschrieben, wie Du das Netzwerk komplett zurücksetzen kannst. Das solltest Du aber nur mit Vorsicht tun, wenn dein Arbeitslaptop mit nem VPN oder sonstigen Fernzugriffsclient ausgestattet ist.

Das Gerät mit der .115 IP ist übrigens der Staugsauger

Gut möglich, wenn Du auch die Modi nach meinen Vorgaben eingestellt hast. Kann wahrscheinlich nur Wi-Fi 4 und sollte daher besser im 2,4er Netz bleiben.
Schau im Router auf der Seite WLAN Konfiguration unter Sicherheit und Stelle bitte die Verschlüsselung auf WPA2+PSK only.

So konfiguriert und das WLAN Netz unter Windows als "privat" konfiguriert, gibst Du uns jetzt ein Update, was aus Beitrag #1 nun funktioniert und was nicht.

Ohne Angabe eines DNS-Servers als 2. Parameter nutzt nslookup den aktuell eingestellten aus den Netzwerkeinstellungen. Wenn das nicht klappt, ist ein falscher DNS-Server eingestellt. Stelle zum Test mal den DNS-Server von Hand auf 8.8.8.8 um. Die IP+Subnetzmaske+Gateway lässt du auf automatisch. Dann machst du nochmal nslookup computerbase.de ohne IP dahinter und das sollte dann klappen. Ebenso sollte das Notebook die Internetverbindung dann als funktionsfähig erkennen.

Wenn das bis hierhin geklappt hat, prüfst du nochmal an deinem privaten Laptop welchen DNS-Server er benutzt. ipconfig /all und dort nach dem DNS-Server der aktiven Netzwerkverbindung schauen. Anschließend am privaten Laptop gleich nochmal ein nslookup computerbase.de die.dns.ip hinterherschieben und wenn das funktioniert, diesen DNS beim Firmen-Laptop einstellen.

Also Ich würde dir immer noch empfehlen deine Connect Box auf Werkseinstellungen zurückzusetzen und neu zu konfigurieren falls du es schon nicht getan hast.

Ich habe grundsätzlich Admin-Rechte. Muss mir allerdings die Daten erstmal besorgen.

Das wäre wirklich der letzte Schritt, denn ich brauche das Internet dringend. Bin zwar unzufrieden mit der Situation, aber es könnte "schlimmer" sein

netsh show profiles/settings gibt eine Fehlermeldung zurück. "Command not found".
Meintest Du netsh wlan show profile/setting? Die Daten sind identisch mit denen oben bei "netsh wlan show all"

Irgendwo im Netzwerk hast du einen zweiten DHCP-Server laufen wie ich in #3 schon vermutet hatte. Vermutlich ist das ein WLAN-Router, den du als Access Point zur Erweiterung des WLANs benutzt. Dort muss in jedem Fall der DHCP-Server abgeschaltet werden!

Könnte dies das Handy sein, dass als Hotspot dient? Das muss ich verwenden um überhaupt mit dem Notebook Arbeit ins Netz zu kommen.

Ansonsten gibt es hier keinen weiteren Router oder AP.

Ach so... Ja, dann ist das das Handy. Damit können wir aber nur wenig anfangen. Es geht doch gerade um die Einstellungen, mit denen der Laptop NICHT ins Netzwerk/Internet kommt. Wir wollen doch den Fehler finden und nicht bestätigen, dass es am Handy-Hotspot funktioniert, weil das merkst du ja selbst, oder nicht?

Sorry, was vergessen, so stimmt's:
netsh lan show interfaces
netsh lan show profiles
netsh lan show settings
Funktioniert nur wenn das LAN Kabel auch angeschlossen ist.

Das wissen wir nur, wenn nslookup mit 192.168.0.1 als DNS fehlschlagen sollte, was ich nicht glaube. Dein Problem liegt ziemlich sicher in höheren OSI Schichten.
Musst Du dich am Firmennetz anmelden?
Hast Du einen Proxy aktiv?

Gib mal an dem Gerät mit der .43.243 die manuelle ip 192.168.0.243, subnetz 255.255.255.0 und Gateway sowie dns die ip des hauptrouter

Naja die neu Konfiguration sollte nicht lange dauern da sich das die ConnectBox die Zugangsdaten für Internet und Telefonie automatisch von deinem Provider holen sollte wie in diesem Magischen Video erklärt wird danach kannst du die WLAN Einstellungen, die auf Standardeinstellungen gesetzt wurden wieder ändern.
