Kg7 macht Probleme

Problem:
When i leave bios the monitor gets in standbymodus
the fans,hds are working
but thats it nothing more, i ve to shutdown and restart the system the i ve a normal boot
when i shut down windoze i ve the same problem
monitor in standby .......
KG7 rev 1.0 bios 4j (tried also 4b)
tb1000c (L1 bridges open,also tried tb900b)
2x256 Micron on Siemens PCB PC2100(tried with one dimm in bank 4)
Swiftech mc462
hercules 3d prohet gf2 pro (also tried s3 pci-graka)
teac 3,5"
300watt psu

nothing more
(for windozeboot seagate barracude 28 gig ST328040a)

TBs are working 100% in my old KT7-Raid Mobo 900@1100
1000@1345

any answers???

Do you know something about a new Bios-Version?
