162 Mhz FSB
Since my system's limiting factor is the LOCKED XP1600+ and PC2400 KingMax RAM, 162Mhz FSB is the best I can go from BIOS settings. 163/164/165Mhz is successful to POST but can't run stably at WinXP.

BIOS Settings:
LOAD HIGH PERFORMANCE DEFAULTS

Standard CMOS Features:
Primary IDE Master -> 32-bit transfer : ON
repeat for other IDE devices

Advanced Bios Features:
SMART for harddisk : ENABLED, needed for installing WinXP

Advanced Chipset Features:
PCI Delay Transaction : DISABLED

DRAM Timing Control:
Configure SDRAM Timing by : USER
SDRAM Frequency : HCLK
SDRAM CAS# Latency : 2
Row Precharge Time: 2T
RAS Pulse Width: 5T
RAS to CAS Delay: 2T
SDRAM Bank InterLeave: 4
SDRAM Burst Length: 4QW
SDRAM 1T command: ENABLED / DISABLED for 155Mhz and above if not stable
Fast Command : ULTRA / NORMAL for 155Mhz and above if not stable

AGP Timing Control:
all AUTO, Fast Write ENABLED, Aperture Size : 64MB, Master READ/WRITE and SYNC: DISABLED

Power Management Features:
CPU Critical Temperature : 70C to play safe

PNP/PCI Configuration:
PnP OS: YES
PCI Latency Timer : 128 !!! let a breathing space for SBLive not to produe any crackling sounds
PCI IDE Bus Master : ENABLED

Integrated Peripherals:
FDC Function : AUTO
Serial Port1 : DISABLED *
Serial Port2 : DISABLED *
OnBoard Parallel Port : DISABLED *
OnBoard Midi Port : DISABLED
OnBoard IDE : Both
OnBoard ATA133 RAID : DISABLED
AC'97 Audio: DISABLED
MC'97 Modem: DISABLED
USB Controller : ALL USB Port
USB Legacy Support : ALL Devices
Port 64/60 Emulation : DISABLED

* I don't use any of those ports so I disabled them. As for printer, I use Bluetooth Printer Adapter :D :D :D

Frequency/Voltage Control:
Spread Spectrum : DISABLED
CPU FSB Clock: 162Mhz
CPU Ratio : AUTO
CPU Vcore : AUTO / 1.85v for over 158Mhz
DDR Voltage : AUTO / 2.7v for my KingMax PC2400 to run stable at 155Mhz~ 160Mhz, 2.8v for 160Mhz onwards to 172Mhz max
AGP Voltage : AUTO

***for KingMax PC2700 DDR user, DO NOT INCREASE THE RAM VOLTAGE . In fact, TinyBGA perform BETTER in low voltage!!

My Rig is still:
AMD AthlonXP1600+ LOCKED (not unlocked!)
Alpha PAL8045U with 46.5cfm Delta fan
MSI KT3 Ultra ARU
256MB KingMax PC2400 DDR300
60GB Maxtor D740x
4MB Trident975 AGP 1x
52x Samsung SC-152B (I can't find any firmware for it!!)
Realtek 8139 NIC
SBLive! Value

------------------------------------------------------------------
I managed to maintain stable at 158Mhz (158.5) ~ 1664.25Mhz for my XP1600+, to complete DivX encoding. I managed to run quite steadily at 162Mhz FSB from BIOS.

At 100% load after 30 minutes
CPU Temp: 46C , thanks to the 120mm side exhaust fan
Sys temp: 42C
Hdd temp: 50C ~ 54C heavily spinned
ambient temp: 30C
in a closed casing : a Skyhawk clone - AVF AL-09A
with 0.32A 120mm 1 side exhaust fan
