Weird stutter for 1 second - Battlefield 5

Hello. Have an question. When playing Singleplayer sometimes i have weird stutter for 1 second ,no matter like at start mission or in middle. It happens once and its fine again. Like drop from 60 fps to 45fps and again 60fps. Origin platform. Any ideas ?Is this hardware or game issue?
I checked Event log and no errors,no Whea loggers.


My pc:
9900K 4.7 stock
2x16GB DDR4 3000mhz
Asus Prime Z390-A
Corsai 850RmX
Aorus 2080 Ti Xtreme stock.

Drivers are the newest.
Windows 10 1809. Nothing in background,only Afterburner.

Das Problem haben viele
Das ist teils Treiber bedingt und hardware bedingt
Was helfen kann außer es ist in hardware I/O wegen dem bga Verlötung
Im uefi hept aus
In windows ebenso (reg Eintrag)
In game pre render frames auf standard (3)
kann man global mit nvidia inspector einstellen
Das Problem tritt gern auf bei manchen mainboard ram sowie gpu Kombis
Abhilfe ist oft nur Austausch zu einer anderen gpu nicht rtx Karte
Nvidia hat hier klare Fertigungsfehler
Das Problem ist am PCB design begründet und wird mit Pech am bga grid durch zu hohen Anpressdruck des Kühlers verursacht.
verschiedene Kontakte werden gedehnt signal Verluste und unnötige takte zu korrigieren was dann zu dpc latenzen führt.
Nvidia versucht das seit release per Treiber zu fixen
Es kann auftreten aber nicht muss.
Durch diese Anpassungen leiden alle anderen serien pascal besonders normal dpc wäre 25-100µs dann alle 10000 cicle dann kommen interrupts von 1000-2000µs was man als klare ruckler wahrnimmt.

Was bei mir geholfen hat nach dem win 10 1903 war den Treiber komplett entfernt und nur treiber sowie physx kein hdmi audio
jetzt habe ich nur die üblichen ntskernel Wartezyklen von den HDD (paar sektoren sind defekt)

Mach VSync aus. Drops von 60 auf 40 merkt man halt aber von 150 auf 140 nicht.

VSYNC is off Just setting maxed. So it is driver issue or hardware ?

60 fps without vsync? I get around 150 fps max

Und noch viel witziger ist, er scheint die Antworten trotzdem irgendwie zu verstehen.
Hat er womöglich eine Möglichkeit gefunden von der einen in die andere Sprache umzuwandeln?

I knew what next coming

These problems with rtx exist since launch and it is a manufactor failure
PCB design on bga grid goes to heavy pressure defects the chip (not intentialy but it can happen)
Normaly problem is space invader bug (rma), and of course stuttering and short freezes
Nvida tries this to fix with drivers, a long thread in nvidia gforce forum exist.
Only solution is to replace the gpu with a non rtx gpu example gtx10 series
On some mainboard and ram config this will happen on other not
It didnt matter if amd or intel cpu.
Why? ask nvidia

Hello, please try to find it with the tool „Latency Mon“ at first. Maybe you ‘ll get an information, which programm or driver will cause the DPC latencies. Please use also HWinfo x64 for monitoring, let them display all information from them in MSI Afterburner. Also, did you have the possibiliy to install the OS and one of your games to a separate SSD? A normal SATA one should be enough for testing.

Edit: If @syfsyn is right with his Information, then it will be a tragedy for the RTX generation. But before, try to find out, that it isn‘t energy saving, DPC or harddisk/ssd based.

The problem exist.
The soldering points break by reason of thermal expansion (different materials/different expansion).

We all know there is (or better was) a problem with lots of defective rtx cards. But calling it a serial failure and saying Nvidia would try to fix this secretely with drivers does sound like a sort of conspiracy theory. Until today there's even no proof what exactly caused the problems, if it's the memory, BGA or whatever... At least i never read a final explanation in all the theories.
My card for example does also work without such problems since months, so nothing to complain about for me...
