Once it has been received, we will ship out the replacement. You can view the current status of your RMA by checking the RMA Status tracker located at the top of your ticket.
If you have requested a spare part, there is no need to return anything- your replacement will ship as soon as possible.
If you are returning a product for replacement, please read before shipping:
• A Return Address label will now be located on the top right of your ticket. Please use this label to send in your item.
• For PSUs: Please keep the main AC power cord and return all other modular DC cables with the power supply.
• For Memory: Unless indicated otherwise, memory returns are required to include all modules in the kit to ensure compatibility of the replacements. If you are unable to return all modules and have not discussed it with an agent, please contact us immediately to avoid fulfillment delays.
